A dear friend, Nina, who lives in Aachen, Germany, with her partner Chris, wrote this weekend to say “look what I just found in my memory box: the ticket to my very first Allison Crowe concert :)” 

Such a lovely reminder of past, present and future! 

The concert of March 22, 2008, happened years ago on the calendar. At the same time, music and life’s timelessness, in ways it feels like yesterday/today. And it will be tomorrow. (Starting to sound like philosophical bassist Dave Baird.)
